Flash Player installation error, iMac OS 10.9.2

Apps downloaded from Anywhere checked in System Preferences.

Tried right clicking on installer icon but there's no .pkg file in the Resources folder.

Yes, my user account is set as Administrator.

The Installar can't open the package. There may be a problem with file ownership or permissions.

Okay, that keeps coming back to user account problems.

Have you repaired permissions?

Have you tried installing under another user account? (You'd need to creat ea new admin account to test it)
