Flash Player installation error, iMac OS 10.9.2

Error message: The user does not have sufficient privileges to install Adobe Flash Player.

Apps downloaded from Anywhere checked in System Preferences.

Tried right clicking on installer icon but there's no .pkg file in the Resources folder.

Okay, that keeps coming back to user account problems.

Have you repaired permissions?

Have you tried installing under another user account? (You'd need to creat ea new admin account to test it)
