Hi All ,
I tried again and contacted support via chat and was put through 'Advanced' support.
Issue was permissions to the (X86).../Commons Files/Adobe directory ( give fully permissions to everyone including yourself(add if you not on group list).
I forget the support persons name , but want to really thank him for being patient and helping me out.
