What happens when you do what?
Which Publish & Share options are you selecting? (The File/Export option has been disabled for several generations of the program.)

You use publish/share, not file export

Yep... my other computer screen is an MS Word document (writing a novel to go on Amazon Kindle) and when I'm thinking about a "plot point" I click the open tab for the Adobe forums to give one part of my brain a rest and use a different part
At least I gave the same advice, so I think I should get a half a point
