1. Re: does anyone else hate the forum style instead of talking with technical help.
John T Smith May 1, 2014 2:36 PM (in response to patrick3101)Less than $100 compared to about $800 for Premiere Pro is not all that much
And, like it or not, the forums are here to stay... costs Adobe less than paying "X" number more support staff, and often (although not always) gives better advice than someone reading from a "canned script" in India
>never get my questions answered
Oh really? Your only other question http://forums.adobe.com/thread/1463985 has an answer (from me) in 2 hours and 2 minutes from asking... and it would have been sooner, except I was out shopping

Steve Grisetti May 1, 2014 4:43 PM (in response to patrick3101)I agree with John. Sorry the free volunteer help doesn't hop to your demands.
Maybe it's time to contact Adobe Tech Support. Or maybe pay for tech support.

I participate as a Premiere Elements user in this Premiere Elements user to user atmosphere, and my success rate at troubelshooting is high. Based on the feed back that I get, users come here for answers to issues, and we work with them to a successful conclusion.
Since your ID indicates that you have at best posted only 3 posts here, I would encourage you to take advantage of our willingness to share and help you move forward in your Premiere Elements projects. If that does not work for you, you will be forced to seek your answers elsewhere.
I have just responded to your thread on Premiere Elements 7 and jpeg photos oversized for the program's limit. Please review it and let me know if it meets your standard for well written (understandable), helpful, and informative reply. You posted today and got your answer within hours.

It offers no cute remarks nor stock answers. It is a customized response to the issue that you present.
What more than that do you want from a Premiere Elements User to User Forum?
