Bought a new computer and downloaded 3.0.Just froze and didn't accept a book download. This is to transfer books from the library to my Kobo. An older version on my "old" computer worked just fine. Saw I could get 2.0.1 so uninstalled 3.0 and downloaded the 2.0.1 version. Same thing. Just sits there and freezes. Computer authorization is fine. Help!
