Unable to play video using FMS in iPad

Hi everyone,

I have been trying this out for a couple of days for now, but i haven't found any solutions to it yet.
I have seen the tutorial from this link: http://www.adobe.com/devnet/adobe-media-server/articles/install-verify.html

According to this link, i should write http://ip_address_of_my _ystem/hls-vod/file_name.extension.m3u8 to play my video file on safari browser, but this says 404- File or directory not found

Does, any one knows about it what i am doing wrong?

Your syntax of: http://server-address/hls-vod/filename.ext.m3u8 is correct for content located in [AMS_ROOT]\webroot\vod.   If your file is in a subdirectory, you need to add that to your URL.   If your file is outside the webroot\vod directory it will not work.
