Formscentral doesn't support any type of conditional email notifications. Email notifications go to all those who are listed with the form. Additionally all responses are collected in the form response table. It sounds like what you are trying to do would be a email based PDF workflow. It is likely possible that you could craft some javascript to do conditional email delivery, but this isn't really the forum for that type of question. I suggest you try reposting your query to the Acrobat forum where you might get a better answer.

Im not sure what it would be called I am just looking for every form that create do they all go to one email or can i have a contact form go to email#1, a purchase form go to email#2 then have a form for newsletter go to email#3

In Formscentral they all go to all emails. What you describe is conditional and not supported by Formscentral.

I should clarify. All members of the email notification list for a given form are notified of all submissions. If you have separate forms for each type you could specify different emails to notify. Please read about email notification. How do I allow others to receive email notifications when responses are received?
