Does Muse do snap to page scrolling?

I really need to do snap to page scrolling like www.inspirato.com. Muse is so close, I just can't get the pages to scroll from page to page on the mouse scroll. Has anyone tried and succeeded in making this happen?

Hi lwheel,
i'm trying to do this too. This seems to be a good place to start, though i'm not sure as yet how to work it into a Muse project.
