    How do I enable 'Apply CSS Class' menu in BC templates

      I've built a complete site for a client using Business Catalyst, but when I test the content editing I don't get any styles appearing in the 'Apply CSS Classes' drop down.

      The site uses several linked CSS style sheets, how do I get the classes from these style sheets to appear in the drop down so that the client can style new content?
