First day trying to build a benchmark survey using FormsCentral. Not easy

Hello,

I wanted to import a pdf file and it did not succeed. the message (in French but here is my english translation) was : "FormsCentral could not import the PDF file because the field D01_1_Process and responsibilities_a contains duplicate display values.". Can you help ?

I would save a lot of time. Otherwise, it would take hours, if not days, to start again.

I started on my own but i don't know how to create tables (as it is possible with PowerPoint) with or without entry field.

I don't know how to make colored headbands in the page

Do we need to be always online to create a pdf with FormsCentral ? Can't we download a software on the computer ?

Thanks in advance for your help. I am lost.
