3. Re: Premiere crashed when Enter was pushed to Render
film man 24 May 18, 2014 12:47 AM (in response to film man 24)I tried all these suggestions and have been searching all over the web. Uninstalled premiere and re-installed it... nothing. I do not look well in front of my client now, Adobe is undependable. How can Adobe sell software that completely crashes and then they don't stand behind their product by giving technical support? This question has been on the free forums and can not be answered. No explanation or help.... Their software has been the Best until now.
Anyone...

Steve Grisetti May 18, 2014 6:27 AM (in response to film man 24)If you're looking for Adobe tech support, you'll need to contact Adobe. This is a user-to-user forum where we offer suggestions based on our personal experience.
Please go to the Adobe web site and look up the number for Adobe tech support. (No point in ranting about their lack of support if you haven't even called them yet.)
Then, if you still need help, we'll be glad to help you here.
