Brazilian adobe digital editions can not be activated: e_adept_xml_sintax

Hi All,

When one of our Customers in Brazil is trying to activate Adobe Digital Editions he is getting the following error:

e_adept_xml_sintax

Please see attached screenshot.

What could we do to be able to activate it?

no answer for you. just to let u know problem also occuring with me in Australia. had advice from staff in in help chat room that there are some server issues currently being investigated. think it may be case of waiting till issues are resolved
