I can't see Color monkey as a publisher name. Is that what you have as your account name. Go into www.adobeexchange.com/producer then click on the little head icon in the top right hand corner and choose account. What do you have as your publisher name. If you want it to be colour monkey this is where you need to enter it. See screenshot. so in this example the publisher name is JONATHAN FERMAN.

If you can let me know when this is done I wi;; upgrade your account to unlimited. I am happy to do this for any producer that wants it, for FREE!

Ah ok, sorry. It was set to my name and not the company name. It is now changed to "Color Monkey". "Unlimited" and "FREE" sounds good, upgrade away!
