I have 2 computers in my office that no matter what I do will not recognize flash player.  Please help.  I have uninstalled flash and reinstalled it.  I have deleted it from the controll panel.  The computer says it has it , but when you try to use it the computer says you dont have it and to install it.  I am at my witts end.

You mention control panel, so I assume that your are on Windows.

yes. I have taken internet explorer down to 9 on both . unistalled flash and reinstalled but nothing seems to work
