transferring forms created under a free account onto a paid-for account

Assuming that you use the same Email address (which is called your "AdobeID") then your form would still be in the same account.  If you created a new account when signing up for a paid level subscription then you would have to "copy" the form from one account to the other: How do I copy a form to a different account?
