I am unable to download from

The download will not start, have tried this on multiple computers, i require an older version of flash player for certian fuctions of software that I use.

This link was at Archived Flash Player versions is there another working link that I can try going to?

I just downloaded that archive from both your link, and also the Flash Player archive page.  Both downloads completed within some 30 seconds.
