Move selected layers 1 frame earlier or later | Alt+Page Up or Alt+Page Down | Option+Page Up or Option+Page Down |
Move selected layers 10 frames earlier or later | Alt+Shift+Page Up or Alt+Shift+Page Down | Option+Shift+Page Up or Option+Shift+Page Down |

No shortcut* but you can use snapping to snap to the CTI or you can reveal the in and out point and add frames by simply typing a +1 or the new value for the in point.
*Edit: Except for the shortcuts Todd posted. I claim temporary mental block due to lack of sleep....

This shortcut doesn't work for me. Is it possible I'm doing something wrong?
