I am using InDesign CS6.
I have over 100 documents, all with tables. I need to resize my documents 48p9 x 65p3 to the new smaller size of 44p3 x 54p0.
When resizing the document is there a way that the tables will resize automatically also?
The new page size in not same same proportions of the original page size. So can't just scale the page smaller.
But you can scale a table if you scale the text frame that the table is contained in. Make the text frame exactly the same size as the table. Then hold down Cmd/Ctrl + Shift and scale the text frame from one corner.
thank you. I think that will work just fine!
I have to do this for each page. Is there a way to automate this? via script or styles? I currently do not have object styles, so it might not be worth applying each object style.
