creativ program can not log on

creativ program can not log on. Turns creativ window but does not show the downloaded applications or can not download a new one. It is a gray empty box and does not show any function. I installed the new version 2 times and the problem still is.

What I do

The issue that you are facing are two.
1. The icons appear gray hence you are unable to download.
2.You have activated it twice(I am unsure if you have deactivated the previous activation)

Regarding the first issue: refer to CC-icon greyed out, can't download or update any programs

For the second issue: Re: Need clear answer, Adobe CC on 2 computer, possible or not?
Re: CreativeCloud license for more than 2 computers

and i have gray icon.

if uninstalls and reinstalls CCloud this helps. Because that's what I did.

Maybe if you uninstall all the programs I install Adobe and again this helps?

Please navigate to C/Users/User Name/AppData/Local/Adobe/OOBE/opm.db and delete it. Launch CCD and try to sign in.

I dont have this file in this place. Search in any diffrent disc, and the same.

I have only C/Users/User Name/AppData and end. No Local no adobe etc
