I am getting an error message when I add a short 5 sec video as custom branding. The error is "unable to extract the audio from selected video. Ensure write permissions in video folder and try again". I'm not sure how to explain which permissions and who is doing the writing to my IT staff.

I created the video with a 1 slide PowerPoint 2013 presentation that I exported to an MP4. The video size was 1280 x 720 but I can't figure out the codec. I think it is compatible, but not sure. One thing I did note from searching was that the audio from the PowerPoint is not exported, but I did not have any audio.

Any ideas?

I was able to correct this problem with PP 2013. I recorded two seconds of zero volume audio to the slide. After I exported, Presenter was able to import the MP4 that PowerPoint had created.
