    How do I update the email address on my account if I get an error message that says "That Adobe ID is not available. Please try another address."? I don't have another email to try.


      I'm just trying to update my email and it looks like the email I'm trying to switch to is already associated with Adobe. Is the best thing for me to do is cancel that account? Either way it looks like I have to contact support. Help
