apkhan May 30, 2014 10:47 AM (in response to King Tut's Mom)As Pat mentioned screen shot would always be helpful.
What is your Adobe Reader version?
What is your Safari Version? (You can get it from : Safari > About Safari)
Did you launch Reader and accepted the End User License?
PS:It sounds like this is known issue but I can confirm only after I see the screen shot and get more details.
.
Thank You,

King Tut's Mom May 30, 2014 7:57 PM (in response to King Tut's Mom)ok, so tonite when I went to take the screenshot, of course it didn't happen. It has happened a few times, so the minute it happens again, I will refer to this post and take a screen shot, if I can remember how to do that!

pwillener Jul 2, 2014 8:40 PM (in response to smgbear)Thank you for the screenshot. The text in the message says
Before viewing PDF documents in this browser you must launch Adobe Reader and accept the End User License Agreement then quit and relaunch the browser.
So all you need to do is to open the Adobe Reader app, accept the EULA, then restart your browser.
I don't know why this message is displayed in Japanese, but I have seen similar reports in this forum for the latest Adobe Reader on Mac.
