I've been Googleing for several days, I've reset my preferences, updated my video card drivers and the problem still persists.
From what I can tell in the error report, it is my GPU causing the error. I have an AMD Radeon HD 7850 and Intel i5 3470.
Any help appreciated. All I want to do is make (hopefully not-terrible) HDRs!

As you can see in the crash report, your ATI/AMD video card driver is what crashed.
Please update your video card driver from AMD's website.
I have just installed the newest drivers directly from the AMD website
