Cannot cancel Adobe FormsCentral subscription

Sorry for the issues you're having. I think your screen doesn't have an "Edit" option because for some reason your subscription request is still "Processing", even though you placed the order on January 29, 2013. This isn't the expected behavior. And unfortunately I can't cancel your subscription because of this issue.

However, our Customer Support team should be able to resolve this. Can you contact them via this link: http://www.adobe.com/support/acrobatdotcom/supportinfo/

You can either initiate a chat or a phone conversation. (The phone number is a USA toll free number, and it looks like you may be outside the USA. If that's true, you can choose "Request a call back", enter your country and phone number, and a European agent will call you back.)

I apologize for these additional steps. We'll also investigate why your subscription is stuck in a "Processing" state. But in the mean time, Customer Support will likely be the fastest resolution to your issue.

If this doesn't solve your issue, please write back to us here and we'll figure out the next step.

Hi, Loiri - Yes, I see that this renewal happened in my systems as well. I'm sorry this occured. We will issue you a refund for 14,74€. And there should be no further renewals on this subscription as it is now in a "stopped" state. I'm awaiting confirmation from my support team on this, but I believe this to be true.

Again, I truly apologize for this painful process. I believe we should now be able to resolve this on the Adobe side.

Loiri - The subscription has been cancelled. A refund has been processed for 14,74 Euros. This should appear on your credit card statement in the next couple of days. Please let us know if there's anything else. And we again apologize for these issues.

I do not have an edit button on my subscription services page either.  My 99 cent trial is about to expire and I want this account canceled, ASAP!  The link abouve is to the forums.  How do I cancel my subscription to FormsCentral?

Per your request, I have cancelled your following subscription (FormsCentral Basic Monthly, Order AD012293316 on 3 May 2014) which you placed with the same Adobe ID which you used to post to this forum as well (......@rcards.net).

You should not receive a charge on your next billing date (8 June 2014). Your FormsCentral subscription will revert to the Free level.

Please let us know if you have needed further/different changes made.
