Hi:

I have a Dell Latitude D620 laptop that I recently upgraded to Windows 7 OS.  I have tried to install Adobe Flash Player 50 times, each time using the uninstall tool.  This is totally frustrating.  The program does not appear in the programs list.  However, it does appear in the list when I go to the file through the control panel to uninstall.  I have confirmed that it is installed via adobe's troubleshooter with the cloud window moving as it should.  I need this application for viewing online course videos.  What is going on?  I can't reach anyone at adobe for support.  Please Help!!!!!

Flash Player is a browser add-on, not an executable program.

Have you checked if it actually works: http://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player.html ?

If not, make sure it is enabled in your browser.

Sorry, I missed that part of your post.  So what's the problem then?
