I am unable to save a submitted form in FormsCentral as a PDF. Get error "Cannot Export Form Response - Acrobat.com encountered an unexpected error."

I am unable to save a submitted form in FormsCentral as a PDF. Get error "Cannot Export Form Response - Acrobat.com encountered an unexpected error." I want to be able to save the submitted response as the original form with answers, not an excel view. Need it to look like the original submitted form.
