    Topics not showing in *.chm TOC

      Various topics are missing and I cannot create new topics in the TOC.  I'm using RoboHelp 7.

          Hi there

           

          First, try creating a totally new TOC. It's really simple and should take about ten seconds to do. Then configure the new TOC as the one to use when you generate and see if that changes anything.

            Well, we tried that and it didn't work.  This was originally a WinHelp 4 project.  All we did was open the project and generate the *.chm.  It's not missing every topic -- only some of them.  It doesn't appear there is anything wrong with the markings (is that what they're called?) for each topic.  We also tried WebHelp, FlashHelp, JavaHelp and such and the topics are still missing. 

             

            Do you have any other ideas?  Is there anyone who can look at this project and see if they can figure out what's wrong?

              Hello again

               

              Unfortunately you are saying "WinHelp 4". Does that mean you are using RoboHelp for Word? If so, all I can say is "good luck with that". RoboHelp for Word isn't even a product anymore and disappeared with RoboHelp 11,

               

              So if the project isn't a RoboHelp HTML project, you are likely finding yourself swimming in largely vast and empty waters. Most of us are over here in the RoboHelp HTML ocean.
