    Client can no longer open our portfolios

      I'm a writer/trainer. I received today an email from our support group. An existing client has recently upgraded all user's workstations (as I understand it -- client does not allow FlashPlayer to be installed in VM ware environments that users are using as their workstation environments -- recently started using VM regions running Lenova Tiny). As a result, they can no longer open our portfolios that we've been delivering to them since 2010. Any ideas? Workarounds? Thoughts? HELP!!! Thanks.
