    Link Creative Cloud to Behance

      I am trying to log into my Behance account and I cannot get passed the window where I'm supposed to link my Behance to the Creative Cloud account. The message "Email is already linked to Adobe ID" pops up and I cannot move forward.

          I’m not sure what is going on here but I am beyond frustrated with this. I went to the link you sent me and was to the point. First of all, the e-mail address associated with my Behance account is the same one associated with my Adobe account. After I went to the link you sent me I decided to give it another try and when I tried to log in again into my Behance account it did not give me the error anymore but seems as it considers me a new member. It logged me into a brand new account instead of the one where I have all my work, although I did not make any changes what so ever to any of the information associated to any of the two accounts. I have not been able to log into my account for days now and I need someone to fix this because I need to access my work.

            I just tried to log in again and it’s not taking me to a new account anymore and still get the message I mentioned before. Is the fact that I have the same e-mail for both accounts the problem? If so there has to be a way around it because I will not create a different address for the adobe account.

              I'm having the same problem with having the same email for my adobe ID and my Behance. It was never a problem until the last week two now. I log in with my Adobe ID, and then enter my Behance and get the "Email is already linked to Adobe ID?". I created a new Adobe ID thinking I could relink accounts and it created a new Behance which I deleted instantly because I have a lot on my current page and don't want to lose. I can't seem to find a work around and I've spent multiple hours trying to figure it out. The FAQ they give in the link to troubleshoot doesn't work for me. Hellllppppp.

                If you have a login questions - please contact Behance support directly. Behance is transitioning all logins to Adobe IDs this Spring 2014. If you signed up for Behance post April 10, 2014, your Behance login matches your Adobe ID exactly. If you signed up before this and are having trouble logging in, visit this section for more help, or contact Behance support. Please do not comment on this forum with login questions, as we're able to provide much faster, one-on-one support elsewhere.

                  I've already submitted 2 tickets and the response is exactly what you just said. I got the same exact response from SarahBehance1 via my email, scotty.russell88@yahoo.com from my first submitted ticket. Which I believe that is most likely you. There is no private convo anyone is having to help me. I just keep getting directed to support in which this is what I get for an answer through Adobe forums and Behance forums. Endless cycle. Please help.

                      I am just seeing the link with the blurred out image for the first time. I will attempt to login with that Adobe ID that was manually synced which is weird because that was my old work adobe ID that I hardly ever used. Thank you for your help and I will be in contact with you if I still can't get it figured it.
