Hello every body, Im start today in this site, im upload an a English PDF and i want to know if exist a tool to translate this document

No PDF translation tools exist, that make a new PDF, so far as I know. If the document is public you can put the URL into an online translation service like http://translate.google.com/. If it doesn't have a public URL you can copy and paste the text into it.
