1. Re: When saving a document as a PDF for printing, I lose pages, clip art, and my orginal format. Help!
Josh_Corey Jun 6, 2014 10:58 AM (in response to Shelly @ St. Luke)Hi;
In the "Feature Tutorials/Help" linked from the top of the main page of the Forums: Feature Tutorials / Help
There is a Tutorial on "Creating and distributing fillable PDF Forms": Tutorial: Creating and distributing fillable PDF forms
The main thing to look at is the "View" setting and for PDF set it to "Page View", the page breaks you define in Page View will be used in the PDF, there are also "implicit" page breaks added automatically based on the page size.
For the issue with clip art see this FAQ: Image does not show up in PDF
Thanks,
Josh

2. Re: When saving a document as a PDF for printing, I lose pages, clip art, and my orginal format. Help!
Shelly @ St. Luke Jun 6, 2014 11:35 AM (in response to Josh_Corey)Thanks for the quick response! I do have it under page view, (even when saving as a PDF) but unfortunately it still skips pages that according to the page view on the adobe forms central page, all fit quite nicely (though I did have to adjust the forms, many times, when they originally showed up red, when I was creating/ updating the forms). It also makes one complete section Bold though I don't have it bolded in my web form at all?!? I will work on the logo (aka clip art) next week, so thanks for that advice. Isn't there a way to just print the form instead of saving it to a PDF first? That seems to be where the disconnect occurs, and where I am losing the info/ and pages?
