I printed an Unreferenced Topics Report and I have 18 .tm files on the report. I looked up the report in help and it first says to use Windows Explorer to delete the files and then an Important note about not deleting files in Windows Explorer. I can look at each file and see whether it is linked or not and evaluate whether it is used in the help system (unless there is a better procedure you know of). If I determine it is not needed, which is it....Project Manager or Windows Explorer?

Any help you can provide is appreciated.

If they are unused files you cannot delete them via Project Manager. Take a backup copy of your project and then delete them in Windows Explorer.
