I printed an Unreferenced Topics Report and I have 18 .tm
files on the report. I looked up the report in help and it first
says to use Windows Explorer to delete the files and then an

look at each file and see whether it is linked or not and evaluate
whether it is used in the help system (unless there is a better
procedure you know of). If I determine it is not needed, which is
it....Project Manager or Windows Explorer?
