Can you please let me know the following:
1) Adobe Reader or Acrobat version.
2) Dropbox version.
3) Are you able to open these files from dropbox desktop client or from the web?
4) How have you placed these files in your dropbox folder? (Manually cpying the file to dropbox folder in your desktop OR upload the file to dropbox in the cloud and then file got synced automatically to dropbox in the desktop)
