My computer does not have the processor requirements for Flash 14. I can not play any videos or do school work. What version can I get with a processor of 2.1GHz?

I need a version of flash that will allow me to watch videos and have access to school before July 2nd. What version can I download to do this and how do I download it? I am getting frustrated.
