Yes, I can reproduce the error and would like to take a look at your form within formscentral. Can you please share the form with me at wdu@adobe.com? To share a form, please check out How do I share a form I created with others?.
Thanks,
Wenlan

Wenlan_Du Jun 12, 2014 9:53 PM (in response to systEmise)Hi Tony,
I can reproduce the error with your form, but once I duplicated your form and responsed and tried with the new copy, save form worked without an error. As I cannot quickly find out what’s wrong with your original form, can you please try this workaround with duplicated form? You can duplicate the form with responses so you are not losing anything, then re-embed the new form in your web site to continue to collect responses.
I’ll continue to investigate on error code with your original form.
Thanks,
Wenlan

Wenlan_Du Jun 13, 2014 12:46 AM (in response to systEmise)Hi Tony,
I together with my colleague investigated your form and found that you had PDF Paper Size/Orientation set to A4. If you reset it back to default Letter. Your form will work properly. I don’t know why it happened, but obviously the form loading complete message dialog isn’t visible when the form is fully loaded, thus you cannot dismiss it to continue to work on the form. Hope it solves your issue. At our side, we’ll look into the paper size effect on embed form.
Thanks,
Wenlan

Wenlan_Du Jun 13, 2014 1:06 AM (in response to systEmise)Hi,
Do you mean you still cannot save web form data? I thought it worked for you with a duplicated copy.
Thanks,
Wenlan

12. Re: error ref code: tuMfkgFG8GvC0T4olRZOeA
Wenlan_Du Jun 13, 2014 1:26 AM (in response to systEmise)It's interesting. I was able to use your on line form to try the form data retrieval issues, so I think it must have worked somehow. The paper size "letter" is to solve your data retrieval issue, not the save data problem.
I don't know exactly what happened with the error code to send out emails. Your form works fine with my duplicated copy. I will send the issue to our engineers to get their help.
Thanks,
Wenlan

13. Re: error ref code: tuMfkgFG8GvC0T4olRZOeA
Wenlan_Du Jun 15, 2014 7:17 PM (in response to systEmise)We may have a gap here. I suggest you apply both methods:
1. make a duplicate of the original form
2. update paper size in Form Setup
3. embed the new copy into your web site.
Please give it a try and let me know if it fixes all of your issues.
Thanks,
Wenlan

14. Re: error ref code: tuMfkgFG8GvC0T4olRZOeA
Wenlan_Du Jun 16, 2014 11:04 PM (in response to systEmise)Hi,
Our engineer took a look and found a solution to the errorCode issue and here is the answer:
The email failed to be sent because the reply-to email address for the saved-form email is currently specified as the account under the email address "ADMIN@SYSTEMISE.COM.AU", and that account is not a co-author of the form. Due to security reason, we don't send saved-form email in this case. You will have to change the reply-to email address to anyone of the listed co-authors to solve the issue.
As for the non-responsiveness of the loaded page, it's a bug in our product, we'll fix it in upcoming releases. As for now, you may split page two into a few pages and add some content in current page 3 outside of show/hide region in order to make the current page 3 is of similar or larger size of the page right before it.
Sorry for the inconvenience and let me know if you still have problem with your form.
Thanks,
Wenlan

Can you remember I shared to you the form as a co-author and now it is no longer in there. I forgot to remove you.
I did not touch nor deleted the form.
Let us know.
