I have Windows 8.1. There's an updated version of Flash Player on my computer,  but I am STILL getting a green screen when trying to view videos?

I was having the same issue.  Went to adobe site and the fix was go to the settings by right clicking on the video and change the acceleration.  Can't do that in windows eight.  However you can go to internet explorer and open the same video.  Right click on the video and go  to settings and change the acceleration.  Works now in windows 8.1.  Have to use IE to make changes to adobe flash player.  Hope this helps.
