Windows phone and flsah player

Why can you make it happen that all of us windows phone owners can install flash player. Very bad customers service, a lot of features you can´t use without flash player. Please explain why it isn´t possible???

There is no longer any Flash Player for mobile devices.  Try using a browser that emulates Flash Player functionality.
