adobe muse has gone from my harddrive but is still llisted in apps, so cant re-download???

adobe muse has gone from my harddrive but its still showing in the apps so cant re-download!

I need to access muse urgently as on a deadline - i have tried every logical solution i can think of?

You can try:
creative cloud desktop failed to install
Downloading and installing desktop apps from Creative Cloud
Problems with Creative Cloud (apps not starting)

I am also having issues after I interrupted the updating of Muse and Abobe Air. Muse is there but no content? Help!
