      I've already uninstalled and reinstalled InDesign, and after that I'm getting the 'Installation succeeded, but a patch failed' message. Error code U44M1P34. I'm not about to uninstall and reinstall again. I 'chatted' with one customer service rep who said that she couldn't help me and the only way I would get help is calling the 800 number. I then tried another 'chat' with a rep, and he got snippy with me when I told him that I wasn't able to create a 'New User' logon for my computer because of my companies IT settings. I finally gave up on him when he wouldn't stop telling me I had to do that and there was no other way. I finally tried the 800 number, where I was on the phone for over an hour and a half with no solution. The rep told me to uninstall, reinstall, everything that I had previously done. After being on the phone for that long, she eventually told me I 'could take it from there' as the latest download of the software was at only 50%. She assured me that it would work and told me that she would be contacting me on Monday to make sure it worked since they didn't work on the weekends. Now its Monday, and the software still isn't installing correctly and I haven't heard from anyone so far.
