I've called them, chatted with them, posted on multiple threads, and still have no answer as to why it's doing this. One rep even mirrored screens with me, and she still couldn't fix it. I have no idea what to do.

Chandleequipment I am concerned that the errors you are posted in your installation log are different than those reported by other's with the U43M1P34. Based off your error it looks like you may also have a conflicting process which is keeping the files which you are trying to install in use.
