Flash player 14 still not working

Flash player 14.0.0.125 has not been working for days! No one seems to be answering the forum questions, for days! Being instructed to turn off auto protection mode does not help, for days! Program installs, but when at sites a request to install progam again, for days! When is there going to be a fix?

Vista 32 b, IE 9.0.8112.16421, all Windows and Norton updates made.
