What error are you getting? Can you please write here the error or paste the screenshot?
For windows laptop, please quit the Adobe Creative Cloud App and relaunch.
solved.. had to repair Microsoft visual C++ 2012 redistribuatable. x6 4 ( it is found in the control panel under add or change, under programs.)...
restarted and all is good with the world..
Had a little help in direction from the live chat at adobe.... this fix was for an error 6 on a windows 8.1 machine.
