I bought an ebook "Pittacus Lore - La vendetta del Numero Nove.acsm" and cannot open it! What do I do wrong? The customer support sent me here... Not sure it's the right place... So frustrated

Error E_ADEPT_REQUEST_EXPIRED occurs usually when the expiration time has passed for the link used to download the ebook from Adobe Content Server.

The acsm you are using seems to have expired and cannot be used to download the book.

Just to make sure that this is the exact reason, please go through this article:
