help! ebook .acsm

I bought an ebook "Pittacus Lore - La vendetta del Numero Nove.acsm" and cannot open it! What do I do wrong? The customer support sent me here... Not sure it's the right place... So frustrated

The message I get from Aldiko is " impossible to upload the file". The file is on my device, Samsung galaxy tab 3 lite Android 4.2.2. Thank you for your help

when I click on it from my archive directory, it says: Import failed [E_ADEPT-REQUEST-EXPIRED http//acs4.cantook.net/fulfillment-edgt/Fulfill 2014-04-19T18:08:46-04:00%20(139.... ectc. etc. )]

Error E_ADEPT_REQUEST_EXPIRED occurs usually when the expiration time has passed for the link used to download the ebook from Adobe Content Server.

The acsm you are using seems to have expired and cannot be used to download the book.
