What will replace Encore?

Since Adobe Encore is end of life officially what will be replacing it. I still use it for creating DVDs, my locals can't catch up with the times, but more importantly I also use it to make the flash based websites. Yes I know I can make a super tweak web sites via Dream Weaver, however Encore does it, and it's a mirror of the DVD, so fast comparatively. Will Pr swallow the responsibilities, what's going to happen?

From Adobe, I'm not sure there will be a replacement.

And the authoring tools that are at least as capable as Encore cost about 10 times as much, around the $3,000 mark.
