My own experience is that the CC Application Manager is quite flaky. It often doesn't resume downloads if there is an interruption, until you tell it to do so.
It may be as simple as an internet interruption at your end, or a problem at the server end while you were downloading.
Have you restarted the machine and restarted the update process within the Application Manager?

I am experiencing the same problem! Already tried restarting the machine and update process using the Application Manager a couple of times. No difference. I have even scanned my hard drive for corruption, in case this is the cause of the alleged symptom (after all, it appears that the updates have downloaded successfully). No disk errors whatsoever....
Not sure if it is related but, I have had similar problems with the Adobe Flash Player updater recently. See the following thread.
Flash Player unable to proceed with the installation
To solve this, I had to download the latest installer for Adobe Flash Player.
FYI - I have installed Adobe Creative Suite 5 on a MacBook Pro running Mavericks (version 10.9.3) of Mac OS X.

I have the exact same problem on a Win 7 machine trying to update CS5 Production Premium.
Did anyone find a solution to this problem?
Thanks!

Just download the updates manually
