    DO NOT UPDATE TO CC14 - LIGHTROOM DOES NOT WORK!

      In the middle of a deadline and Adobe have botched up their release of Lightroom 5 today - message is: "Develop Module is disabled. Please renew your membership to Reactivate the Develop Module" - have spent the last 3 hours on the phone to them being passed from pillar to post to discover this. Customer support is absolutely atrocious! I have now been told that it is being escalated as there seems to be a global problem and someone will call me back with 24 to 48 hours making me miss my deadline! If there were an option to move away from Adobe today I would! Why on earth can they not test things properly before releasing the program??

          Wish I'd seen this before I'd updated it.

           

          Adobe you are useless - what's the point in having a creative cloud membership if you cock things up like this. I may as well just revert to CS6 - costs less and there's less arsing about.

           

          Sort it out - schoolboy error and not worth what I'm paying you. Get it right first time numpties!!!
