I think you created a PDF form in Acrobat pro and then imported the PDF into FormsCentral to collect responses. If that's the case, can you please check how you have opened the form on your Android device? FormsCentral PDF forms will only work with Adobe Reader. If you opened the form in other PDF viewer, the submit button won't be enabled. Here is a doc on that https://forums.adobe.com/docs/DOC-2653.

I have done the process you have mentioned to create the form and distribute.
I have downloaded adobe reader on my android device and open it in that program, (there is no doubt about that). The submit button doesn't work. I have read that document/forum and understand i am doing all of that.
