Same here, Win 7 PC. Transmit works with Premiere CC 2014 and Premiere CC and AFX CC. This is with BM driver 9.8. I have tried re-installing the BM driver but still no-go.
I forgot this:
Mac Pro 12coeurs 2010
GTX 780 > Decklink studio 2 > esata card > 10Gb card
OS X 10.9.3
decklink drivers 10.1.1
Make sure you have installed the latest version of the Blackmagic drivers for your device: http://www.blackmagicdesign.com/support
If the problem persists, please post a screenshot of Preferences > Video Preview in After Effects CC 2014.
Also, test whether or not video preview through the Blackmagic device works in Premiere Pro CC 2014.

ninojer, what are your comp settings? Blackmagic does not currently support non-standard frame formats for Mercury Transmit. See this thread for more details: https://forums.adobe.com/thread/1502308
Try using a comp with a standard format, such as 1080p25 or PAL SD (720x576), to verify whether those comps work as expected in After Effects.
I've tried several comps settings, even 1080p25, etc
It works after this manipulation:
clean uninstall of the desktop video 10.0.1
install of the desktop video 9.9.3 (at this point transmit doesn't work)
installation of the 10.0.1 over the 9.9.3 (with no clean uninstall)
strange but it works now in AE CC 2014.
That works for me too BUT 10.0.1 still has the issue of faulty interlaced display in Premiere so I have to use 9.8.
I had version 9. something and it wasn't working for me. Went to their site, installed the new 10.1.1, and now it works fine!
