Every time I install Flash Player 14 and open my browser I get the message asking me to allow Adobe Flashruntime. I allow it and the message repeats itself constantly. My OS is WIN7 64 bit. My browser is IE11. I cannot view any videos

I  resolved the problem by doing an uninstall and reinstall of IE11. I guess that was the problem all along. Got to love IE.
